Attaining Enlightenment
Emphasizing the fundamentals of practice, H.E. Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche reiterates that our human body provides a powerful basis for attaining enlightenment. By appreciating our inner resources as well as the extent of the dilemma that we and all beings are in, we are able to put karma and suffering into perspective. When we contemplate these topics, we find that we needn't deny what is good or fear suffering, for joy and suffering are equally impermanent; lasting happiness comes only from the mind's true nature. We can reveal our inherent perfection by purifying karma, removing obscurations, and caring for others selflessly. In this way, we will reach the goal of enlightenment. 2 hours.

Equanimity in a Chaotic World
Our minds have a powerful ability to create tremendous suffering, as well as the potential to experience true liberation. In this teaching, Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche gives us ways to train and free our minds through the practice of equanimity and, with humor, shows us our counterproductive habits. He points out how we first trap ourselves in our concepts of good and bad, then ensnare ourselves further by acting on our reactions of attachment and aversion. Rinpoche teaches that, by resting in mind’s pure nature, we can free ourselves of these distinctions and experience the peace of real equanimity. 2 CDs.

Purifying our own negativity, the root of the imbalance, is essential for healing illnesses and freeing harmdoers from their cycle of negativity.
