Tibetan Treasures is a project of Chagdud Gonpa Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, and in particular to supporting the teachings and activities of His Eminence Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche, who was a renowned and highly revered Tibetan Buddhist master.
At the heart of Tibetan Treasures are the aspirations to provide students with information and items to support their Buddhist practice and to provide a resource for persons interested in learning more about the sacred Dharma. Your purchases directly support these aspirations and the activities of Chagdud Gonpa Foundation, which is staffed completely by volunteers, and make you an integral part of our community however far away you may live.
If you have ordered an item that you wish to return or exchange, please package it well and send it to us with a note explaining what you would like to do, along with your credit card information if a refund is in order. Also, please include your contact phone number or e-mail so that we can get in touch with you if we have any questions.
We ask that all returns or exchanges be processed within 30 days of the date of the original invoice. It is not our policy to re-sell used practice items to our customers, so please be aware that we are unable to accept returns on practice items if they have been used.
Sometimes we make a mistake! If we send you the wrong item, please call us and let us know as soon as possible, so that we can send the correct item out to you quickly. We ask that you package the incorrect item well and return it to us by regular, First Class Mail. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and include the credit card information so that we can credit you for the shipping costs.
