This special edition of the Chöying Dzod is the physical
expression of Lama Padma Drimed Norbu’s vision of Longchenpa’s words in a
portable, jewel-like form.
Designed at Padma Publishing under Lama Drimed’s close direction,
this book was set entirely on the Linotype typecaster and printed letterpress on
Mohawk Vellum (a premium acid-free, archival-grade paper).
It was bound and gilded at Acme Bookbinding, in Charlestown, Massachussetts,
the premier U.S. bindery for fine art books and other special editions.
