In this teaching, Chagdud Rinpoche gives us ways to
train and free our minds through the practice of equanimity and, with humor,
shows us our counterproductive habits.
Rinpoche points out how we first trap ourselves in
concepts of good and bad, then ensnare ourselves further by reacting with
attachment and aversion. He teaches that by resting in mind’s pure nature, we
can free ourselves of these distinctions and experience the peace of true
equanimity.
