In The Precious Treasury of Pith Instructions,
Longchenpa distills the principles underlying the entire range of
Buddhist practice in more than 400 stanzas.
In this fourth volume, Longchenpa discusses
the philosophical tenets of the entire spectrum of Buddhist teachings -
Hinayana, Mahayana, Vajrayana, and Dzogchen.
Do you practise meditation because you want to feel good? Or
to help you relax and be “happy”? Then frankly, according to Dzongsar Jamyang
Khyentse, you are far better off having a full-body massage than trying to
practise the Dharma.
"The Treasury of Knowledge excellently presents the
entire corpus of the sutra and mantra traditions, from the path of the common
sciences all the way up to the uncommon Great Perfection, Dzogchen, which is the
culmination of the nine vehicles." Dudjom Rinpoche
